Continuity mistake: When Omoc is approached in the infirmary, he takes off the oxygen mask. But in some shots, the mask is just pulled down and still around his neck.

Continuity mistake: When Madmartigan closes the front doors and goes to place the wooden crossbar into the brackets, the right side of the crossbar isn't set inside the bracket, it's flush on the outside, and below the gap. When the shot changes, it's now in the bracket without him lifting it up or anything.

Continuity mistake: After Ahsako has beaten Morgan, she holds her light saber up to Morgan's face so the tip is near the top of Morgan's head. In the next shot it's now closer to her neck and in the last shot, her light saber is almost parallel to the ground.

Continuity mistake: When Barbara and Diana first meet, the papers Barbara is holding change positions. When the co-worker comes looking for Barbara, papers are sticking out of the briefcase and then gone in other shots.

Trivia: The 1945 program Commander Kelly Grayson has created has the film "Anchors Aweigh" playing. "Anchors Aweigh" starred Gene Kelly and Kathryn Grayson. The film also included Jerry Mouse and Tom Cat. Tom and Jerry were created by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera. "Orville" creator, Seth MacFarlane, got his start working for Hanna-Barbera.

Character mistake: Isaac makes a statement regarding Earth's sun becoming a red supergiant. However, Earth's sun is not large enough to form a red supergiant, it will just become a red giant. This is something Isaac would know and not get wrong.

Continuity mistake: When Zack wins his first gold star, it's on day 12 and Vince has 11. Later we see Vince has earned 5 more stars (which would put him at 16), but Zack's first star is now on day 11 and Vince only has 10 stars up to that point.

Continuity mistake: When Bill and Holden get in the elevator, Bill's Playboy is tilted and in front of the backboard. In the next shot, it's straightened out and behind the backboard. Then when walking down the hall, it's back in front of the backboard.

Factual error: The episode is set in 1977 and Edmund tells Ford that Frances Farmer had a lobotomy. However, the first report of Farmer having a lobotomy came from the 1978 novel "Shadowland" by William Arnold. It was subsequently revealed that some of the events were completely made up by Arnold, including the fact she had a lobotomy. There was never any allegation or suggestion that Farmer had a lobotomy while hospitalized in the 40's.

Continuity mistake: When Vince goes in for a kiss, Amy tilts back and when he kisses her, she tilts (recoils) back even more. In the next shot she's back to her original position.
