Continuity mistake: In the gym before the lady says "why do we have to turn around" Roxanne is facing the front and then turns and then when the man says "if we please" Roxanne is turning around again.
Suggested correction: Roxanne was looking back at the janitor guy so therefore she didn't turn around twice.
Continuity mistake: "Mama" takes and breaks Victoria's glasses when she tells her to stop attacking Annabelle. Mama then takes the two girls, and we next see them at the cliff edge...Victoria now has her glasses back on.
Suggested correction: When Victoria is back on the cliff with "Mama" she is not wearing her glasses at all.
Continuity mistake: When Josh and Nat hug in the bar while playing pool, Nat's hands keep changing position on Josh.
Continuity mistake: When The Rock is putting early in the movie he is on the phone, when the shot comes back to the room the putting green is missing. (00:01:50)
Continuity mistake: Near the end of the movie Ryan Phillippe is in a hospital bed with oxygen connected to his nose. When Anna Paquin reaches over to touch his cheek it is gone.

Continuity mistake: Near the end of the film when Hannah goes to Elliot's house to make up with him, she parks her Volvo SUV directly in front of the door. In fact, the car is visible behind her when she enters the home. Then when she leaves after they argue, she has to walk pretty far up the street to her car, giving him time to catch her.
Continuity mistake: The protagonist is told about the budget cuts that will lead to the library shutting down. During the scene, the strap of his hat keeps going back and forth in front / behind his ear. (00:02:05)
Continuity mistake: The layout of the two slices of pizza on the tray and the position of Tyler's fork on his plate differ after Matt reaches the table. The slices of pizza are touching, then spread apart like a "V." Continuity mistake: When Billy pulled the medallion out of the ground, part of the cloth covering it was hanging past his hand, but when he blew dirt off the cloth, the cloth was compactly covering the medallion. Also, the cloth should have had more than some loose dirt on it and the medallion - after buried in the ground for 200 years - should have been dirty and tarnished, not clean. Continuity mistake: When Turbo is about to go down the curb after nearly getting killed by the lawn mower, you see him lined with the 2, he's on the left side of the 3.
Continuity mistake: Charlie has set up a "security system" on the right side of the bed. When a double slaps Lindsay's hand, she goes over to a chair on the right side of the bed and the security system has vanished completely. It reappears when she returns to bed.
Continuity mistake: Notice how Julie pumps her shotgun twice within a few seconds in the lab without once firing.
Continuity mistake: Having just reached New York, Langston tries to reach by public phone Reverend Cornell Cobbs. The receiver is in his right hand, until there's a cut to the reverse angle and the phone switches to his left hand. (00:12:30)
Continuity mistake: As El Camaleon pulls the Cuba Gooding Jr. face off, there's an unshaven neck with a tattoo visible under it. After the cut, Lady Gaga's face (also presumably unshaven admittedly, but not visibly so) comes to light under a mask of visibly lighter skin tone. (00:45:05)
Continuity mistake: When in the first pub and it turns out one guy is tee-total and will only drink water, there is a shot of the glass from the inside as the pint of water is drunk down to the bottom. In the next shot, from the side of the table, the glass has some in - around 1/3 full.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Terrence Howard is questioning Colin Farrell his right hand first appears with a ring and watch, later in the scene it appears on his left. (01:08:25)
