Audio problem: In the beginning of the episode, Booth introduces his grandfather to Sweets and his grandfather asks, "Where did you get your M.D., in a Cracker Jack box?" You can hear Bones laugh, but her mouth remains closed.
Audio problem: When Booth knocks on Decker's front door, there is no sound of the knocking, even though the dialogue and foley bird sounds are clear. Then, a few seconds later, he knocks again and there is still no sound of the knock. (00:08:58)
The Plain in the Prodigy - S5-E3
Audio problem: We see Angela swipe her card and walk up onto the platform to get the skull at the start. When she walks up you can hear the beeps from her swiping her card. After she walks up, an extra swipes his card to walk up but no beep is heard. (00:04:10)
The Knight on the Grid - S3-E8
Audio problem: As Booth works out Gormogon was trying to kill them he says "because we know the next target" the line is an overdub of the audio. (00:26:30)
The Priest in the Churchyard - S2-E17
Audio problem: When Father Sands asks Booth if he does all his investigations based on rumour his mouth doesn't move in the over the shoulder shot. (00:29:50)
Audio problem: When Booth mentions being pulled up at the start the audio is over dubbed.
The Final Chapter: The Scare in the Score - S12-E7
Audio problem: When Max is telling Bones about the pacemaker, in a few of the over the shoulder shots Max is still talking but there is no audio. (00:03:00)

Audio problem: When the BAU agent first appears and is explaining her findings, the audio doesn't always match up. (00:05:00)
The Mutilation of the Master Manipulator - S10-E9
Audio problem: At the end when confronted with the evidence the killer starts talking in a shot from behind but her mouth doesn't move. (00:39:40)
The Corpse on the Canopy - S8-E12
Audio problem: Early in the episode Angela is holding Michael Vincent and you can still hear him crying, but the baby isn't crying. (00:02:00)
Audio problem: After Zac has decrypted the code, Hodgins states he's got something. When he starts to say the line the camera doesn't show him. However it changes halfway through "got." Once the camera angle has changed you can see Hodgins' mouth and it's not moving despite us hearing him speak. (00:15:40)
Audio problem: When Angela is saying the line "put an adolescent in an awkward situation" you can see that her words don't match her mouth. (00:18:25)
Audio problem: When going up the escalator, Booth's lines after the quip about tying up horses are overdubbed. (00:37:10)
Audio problem: At about 3:47 into the episode, you hear the sound of a slide racking on a pump shotgun, however, when the shotgun wielding woman appears on camera, she is holding a side by side break action double barreled shotgun instead of a pump action.
Audio problem: When Bones wears the dead guy's hand, Bones says a line about not needing mittens for Christmas. However the audio doesn't match her mouth. (00:07:20)
Player Under Pressure - S3-E11
Audio problem: As he is preparing to put the skull in the turkey carcass, we hear Hodgins telling Cam that he is wrapping a skull in a turkey carcass, but his lips don't match the words "turkey carcass." He is saying something else.
