Continuity mistake: When they are on the Redneck Tour, when we first see Peter talking, the man behind him has a mustache. As the camera zooms in closer to Peter, the man is suddenly clean shaven. There are several other changes with people behind the Griffins, between shots. (00:00:55)
Continuity mistake: When Peter goes back in time the first time, we see him and Cleveland slapping hands around the pool, we see that the pool is significantly shorter than in the scene where we first see Lois.

Continuity mistake: When Meg is introducing Brian to Meg's friends, they are at the mall sitting at a table with trays on it. There's a close-up on one of Meg's friends, and the trays and food are gone. (00:12:40)

Boys Do Cry - S5-E15
Factual error: When Brian fires his pistol in the air, eventually killing the Super Devil, we hear six gunshots, each followed the distinct clink of the ejected cartridge hitting the ground. Trouble is, Brian is firing a revolver, which does not eject the cartridge after the bullet is fired. Only automatics do that.
Audio problem: When Stewie knocks his glass off the table, it makes a shattering sound, but it doesn't shatter.
Airport '07 - S5-E12
Continuity mistake: When we first see Peter lounging on the front lawn with his feet in the baby pool, there is water that has spilled out of the pool onto the lawn, but in the next shot, the spilled water is gone. (00:02:15)
Answer: Lacey Chabert was the actress who originally voiced Meg in early episodes. She left of her own accord due to being in school and other acting work; Seth MacFarlane has stated there was no tension with her leaving, but it makes for a handy joke for the show.
