Trivia: In the shot of the Quahog Pest Control building you see a blue termite (Nibbles Woodaway) on the building. New England Pest Control in Providence, Rhode Island has the same bug on top of its building.
Trivia: During the scene with Hitler's talk show, when Hitler starts to say the show's phone number and starts shouting in German, it translates into "You're going to need a nurse".
Fifteen Minutes of Shame - S2-E12
Trivia: When all the family have been replaced by actors in this episode, the actors are re-enacting the very first episode of Family Guy where Peter gets drunk and the family are eating their breakfast while Peter is lying on the table.
Trivia: When Peter picks up the TV guide with Luke Perry on it, if you pause look into the lower left hand corner and it says, "if you can read this Family Guy is on the air".
Fifteen Minutes of Shame - S2-E12
Trivia: When the Griffin family is replaced by actors on their reality show, Lois complains that she sounds nothing like what Fran Drescher makes her out to. Ironically, Drescher in this episode is actually voiced by Alex Borstein, who also voices Lois.
Trivia: At the end of the episode, Peter shows he has one brain cell left. Inside his head, it shows the brain cell alone with glasses and saying he has time to read his books before leaning over. The glasses fall off and break, where he starts to cry that he had time to read them now but can't. This is a direct reference to this same thing happening in the 8th episode of season 1 of Twilight Zone where the last man alive breaks his glasses before he can read all the books he wants. Trivia: As Peter and Meg walk, the walking music of The Flintstones is heard. Then the background of The Flintstones appears next to the Trump Tower.
Trivia: As Peter conducts a tour of reporters around the school, they come upon a scene in the hallway. He introduces the Hall Monitor X-L-K. It requests a hall pass from a girl, fails to recognize the pass, makes a second request, fails to see the pass, and opens fire, chasing the girl back to class. This scene was borrowed from Robocop (1987) when ED-209 was introduced, and had the same type of malfunction.
Answer: Mort is Jewish, and Walt Disney was said to be antisemitic. So it would make sense in a Disney universe all the inhabitants would share his supposed beliefs.
