When the camera shows him from her p.o.v he has this really "snarling" looking face with his mouth open. But when the camera changes the shot from looking at them from outside the elevator, his face is completely different and his mouth is almost closed.
Revealing mistake: When Mark (as a ghost) and Piper leave the hotel after he asks for her and Phoebe's help, he bumps into the handrail as he walks down the steps.

Continuity mistake: When Prue goes up to cast the spell, Piper and Phoebe are downstairs and Piper's hair is down. When they hear the effects of the spell they run in to the attic and both say "Oh my god!" one after the other and Piper's hair is now slicked back in a ponytail.

Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the episode when Piper hides her sisters from Leo she has the shirt with the buttons closed, but between that scene the shirt is not closed. (00:01:05)
Revealing mistake: Prue is needed in the storm drain to rescue Piper, who is stuck in a hole bottomed off by a metal circular guard. Prue uses her power to levitate the metal circle to her level. When the camera pans out, the metal rods used to actually levitate the metal circle are visible. (00:36:25)

Continuity mistake: At the beginning and throughout most of the episode you can see the entrance to the basement. If you look to the right of the door you can see a light switch by the door with the cover on it. At the end of the episode they show the entrance but this time the cover to the light switch is off.
