Continuity mistake: When Tapia is giving the mural artist a dressing-down, his daughter has a book in one hand for most of the scene, but when the shot changes to one from above Tapia and his daughter, the book changes to the other hand. (02:03:15)
Trivia: According to director David F. Sandberg, when the Wizard and Freddy run away from Hespera, the kid running is a stunt (despite his resemblance to the actor), for "the actor was still a minor and could only work limited hours." Actress Rachel Zegler added that the stunt's name was Shawn. (01:17:36)
Continuity mistake: When the balcony collapses, the man that was eating chicken disappears in the wide angle.

Continuity mistake: In one shot of the Griffins at the hotel, Brian's collar is yellow instead of red.
Continuity mistake: During the Venice scenes, Ethan's hair length is always the same, except for scene number 1 where he and the team are on a boat arriving in Venice, and scene number 3 where he and Ilsa are on a balcony. In both these scenes, his hair is very short.
Revealing mistake: When Cal steps out of the car just after the beginning of the movie, you can see behind him the back of the Titanic replica still incomplete, with the internal structure totally visible. (00:22:06)

Visible crew/equipment: When Booth walks over to Laura and Barney at the speakeasy, the moving boom mic casts a shadow on the wood pillar behind Laura, at the top left side of the screen.
Supply Sergeants Never Die - S2-E6
Continuity mistake: The Supply Sergeant Singer's top shirt button is buttoned as he approaches the counter, but as he continues around the counter it's not. (00:25:00)
Visible crew/equipment: With fifteen minutes left before the bomb goes off, it then cuts to the Shady Rest. When Kate says, "It's as clean as I've ever seen it," the actor's white tape mark is visible on the carpet, as Uncle Joe heads to the couch to take a nap.
Part-Time Friends / Bio Square - S2-E19
Other mistake: Bio Square: While Phoebe and Stinky are telling the class about their science fair experiment, just as Phoebe shares that it was in honor of her hero, "I.P. Pavlov," watch as Stinky's eyes move off to the side of his head, then return to normal.
Visible crew/equipment: When Nisi and Mickey first walk into the bathroom Mickey asks why there are two toilets, and in the next shot the microphone pops up into view at the bottom of the screen.
Continuity mistake: When Tori Spelling is going up the wall having sex with the ghost, as she goes up you can see her hands down by the red headboard clutching it, but in the next shot they are raised above her head, then in the next shot they are down by the headboard again. (00:30:55)
Continuity mistake: Hooper wears rimless eyeglasses, with the arms either attached at the upper corners of the lenses or at the sides of the lenses. If this didn't happen between shots within the same scenes, it could be presumed that Hooper has two different pairs of glasses and switches between the two, but they do indeed change between shots, such as when Mrs. Kintner slaps Brody, or even later, on the Orca. Continuity mistake: At Hagrid's hut, when he places the dragon egg on the table, the book lies right next to the cup and saucer. Yet in the shots looking up from the edge of the table, directly in front of Hagrid and the egg/Norbert, the book and cup/saucer are far apart for these particular shots. (01:39:50)
Continuity mistake: In the beginning at the Egyptian temple while speaking to the Priest, the Professor has his cup in his right hand then a brush then the cup again...all while speaking the same sentence. (00:05:35)
