Audio problem: As Lulu drops from the moon beam onto some books, the school house says "Or would you rather be a mule?" It pauses for a moment, and then you hear the school house begin singing about a mule as the camera cuts to a close up of the mule drawing in a book. But a split second before the cut, the school house begins his singing, and gets a couple words in before the camera cut. However you can see the school house’s mouth is not moving at this point. Audio problem: During the dream sequence in the song, Lulu begins swinging from three different stars depicting 3 different faces of celebrities at the time in black and white that have their lips moving with the song as they sing. The Nutcracker (1995)
Audio problem: When Marie is hearing the sword fight in the hall, any shots showing her bedroom door show flashes under it corresponding to the sounds of the swords hitting. They are timed perfectly the first time and for the first part of the second time. When Marie gets up to go look, you hear a pause in the sword fight as you hear the Mouse King and Nutcracker struggling for a moment, but no sword clanks. Yet the flashing under the door continues.

Audio problem: The Nutcracker pulls on a string in Marie’s wardrobe and a letter lowers from a sleeve of one of her dresses. Nutcracker grabs it and turns back saying “Hurry! Everyone will be waiting.” The dialog is not at all in sync with his mouth at this part. You hear him speak, and he almost finishes the line before his moves begin to move. Then once the audio stops, you see his mouth continue to move like he still speaks for a bit.

Audio problem: After Marie gets done explaining to Fritz why she needs a sword from one of his toy soldiers, he responds "So the Nutcracker will kill the Seven Headed Mouse King?" Then Marie leans forward and says "Right... What so you say?" But it is Fritz's lips that move when she says "right".

Audio problem: When Drosselmeier and his fellow adviser, the astrology scholar, run into Drosselmeier's cousin and are presented with the Crackatook nut, the scholar snatches it and then exclaims, "it is a Crackatook nut!" After he finishes saying that, his mouth continues to move for an extra syllable that looks like he says nut twice.

Audio problem: After killing a skeleton, its bones will fall to the ground and rattle around making loud noise. However the radgoll and physics for this was never finished correctly, and thus even after the bones stop moving, they continue to make the loud rattle noises until they vanish, which takes a while. And the bones tend not to stop moving either. This glitch is also present in NZA2.

Audio problem: Intro Mission 5: As the Ultra Security Bot appears, the doors lock down in Ben's room and the other three run up on the other side, trying to get him to open it. Reed speaks a line after Ben tells Sue he can't let her see him like this. His lips don't move nor does he go into his talking animation when saying this.

Audio problem: As the short starts, a hand is drawing several animals with musical instruments to be in the orchestra. And during this there is a music score with the animation. The second one is a pig with a tuba. As the left hand reaches in to pull the picture of the pig away, there is a glitch in the music, it cutting out for a moment with a rough scratchy pop sound, then coming back in as the right hand begins drawing a bird with a violin.
