Plot hole: Miranda forces Andy to call Emily to say she is no longer going on the Paris fashion trip. However, Emily is hit by the car before Andy can tell her. Andy gives Emily the bad news at the hospital but there was no need to tell her the real reason she was being replaced because Emily could not have gone to Paris with a broken leg. Even at the end of the movie, Emily is still in a cast and on crutches.
