Peggy Sue Got Married

Peggy sleeps with the guy she "regreted never sleeping with" Michael Fitzsimmons. Charlie finds out and they break up. Peggy sees Charlie singing in a night club and realizes he is a talented singer and sees him in a different light. Peggy tells Richard Norvik all about future technology. Peggy tells her grandparents about her reunion while she visits them. They believe her story and agree to help her by taking her to her grandfather's lodge. The lodge members perform a ritual on Peggy, and the lights go out. Peggy is gone so they assume the ritual has worked. But really in the meantime Charlie has kidnapped Peggy. He proclaims his love for and gives her a locket. They make love which leads you to believe how they got pregnant and married in the first place. Peggy wakes up in a hospital back to the present time and Charlie is there and tells her he still loves her. Now, you are to assume it was only a dream, but Charlie shows Peggy a book written by Michael Fitzsimmons dedicated to her. Hmmm?
