Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith

Continuity mistake: When the Emperor addresses the Senate, as he begins to raise his hands, Mas Amedda (the blue alien next to the Emperor) is holding a staff. In the next shot, his hand has moved much further down on the staff. (01:32:55)

Kylantha

Continuity mistake: In the Anakin vs Obi-Wan fight scene, when they are fighting in the small hallway, Anakin's lightsaber marks the wall, but in future shots the mark on the wall has disappeared.

Continuity mistake: When Anakin and Palpatine are talking and Palpatine says he is depending on Anakin to be "the eyes, ears and voice" for the republic, they are passing a column on Palpatine's side. When it cuts they pass it again. (00:34:45)

Mortug

Continuity mistake: When Ki-Adi-Mundi is killed on Mygeeto, as the clone troopers stop and point their blasters at him, the area where they're standing consists mostly of sand. In the following shots, the sand is gone and there is only snow there (best seen in the shot from behind them). Even though it's snowing, the snow couldn't have covered up the sand that quickly. (01:18:10)

Continuity mistake: During the chase when both Obi-Wan and Grievous falls off the vehicle Grievous is driving, you see Obi-Wan flying off head first. When it cuts, he comes flying standing straight up in the air. (01:03:25)

Mortug

Continuity mistake: When Palpatine appoints Anakin to be on the Jedi Council, as the first shot ends, they are quite far away from the large window and the column next to it. In the next shot, they are much closer to them. In the following shots from behind Palpatine, the background changes completely; for example, the window is gone, and a metal object and a shelf have suddenly appeared behind Anakin. Then, when Palpatine says, "I'm depending on you" they are suddenly standing in the doorway. (00:34:25)

Continuity mistake: When Obi-Wan is hanging on the wire above the lava, as he spots the pod below him, he is holding on to the wire with one hand only. When it cuts to him swinging to jump to the pod he is holding on with both hands. (01:52:45)

Mortug

Continuity mistake: When Anakin, Obi-Wan and Palpatine are about to crash land we get a view inside the cockpit of the aircraft with the pilot saying "We'll take you in". If you look out the window we can see he is flying on the spaceship's right side while spurting water on it. When it cuts we can see that none of the aircrafts are spurting water on the right side of spaceship until a few seconds later. (00:22:00)

Mortug

Continuity mistake: On Utapau when Obi-Wan is looking down upon Grievous and the Separatist leaders, you can see Grievous is very far away (judging by the floor panels, perhaps 10 floor panel widths taking into account the diagonal angle at which Obi-Wan is looking at Grievous). Obi-Wan proceeds to jump straight down, but in the next shot where Obi-Wan lands, Obi-Wan is only 1 floor panel width away from Grievous. Then, in the next shot which shows Obi-Wan surrounded by droids, he is now 2 floor panel widths away from Grievous.

Continuity mistake: As Anakin and the clone troopers attack the Jedi Temple, C-3PO says to Padmé, "The Chancellor's office indicated Master Anakin returned to the Jedi Temple." Padmé is holding her hand on her chest, and then begins to bring it downwards. In the next shot, her hand is near her throat. (01:20:35)

Continuity mistake: When Padmé is lying unconscious after Anakin uses the Force to choke her, her position on the floor keeps changing between shots, sometimes dramatically. Watch the pattern on the floor and the container behind her.

Continuity mistake: During the conversation between Anakin and Bail Organa (before Anakin is reunited with Padmé), C-3PO and R2-D2 keep changing position between shots. (00:24:40)

Continuity mistake: When Anakin and Senator Organa are talking and Anakin walks towards Padme, Organa turns around and start walking. When it cuts Organa turns around and start walking again. (00:24:45)

Mortug

Continuity mistake: When Grievous faces Anakin while saying "I expected someone with your reputation to be a little older", you see Anakin has his head turned to his right. Then he slowly moves his head to his left. When it cuts he moves his head to the left again. (00:18:15)

Mortug

Continuity mistake: When the Emperor addresses the Senate, as he says, "In order to ensure the security and continuing stability", his hands are held at waist level. As the next shot begins, his hands are higher up. Then, when the Senate applauds, he begins to raise his hands. As the following shot begins, his hands are held in a much lower position. No one moves that quickly. (01:31:55)

Kylantha

Continuity mistake: When Anakin and Obi-Wan has Grievous surrounded, as Anakin approaches Grievous from behind, the remains of a droid can be seen behind Grievous on the floor. When it cuts to Grievous saying "You loose General Kenobi", the remains behind him is partially gone. (00:19:45)

Mortug

Continuity mistake: When Obi-wan arrives at Tatooine and about to give the baby (Luke) away we see that he has the baby under his cloak. In a wide shot as he is walking he removes his cloak from the baby. When it cuts to a close shot he removes it again. (02:07:35)

Mortug

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Anakin arrives on Mustafar and tells R2-D2 to stay with the ship, he pulls the hood of his robe over his head with two organic hands. His right hand should be mechanical. [This mistake is mentioned in the audio commentary: this shot is taken from a shot of Obi-Wan later in the film when leaving Padme's apartment. Still a mistake, though.] (01:32:55)

Darth Sidious: [To Yoda.] I've been waiting a long time for this, my little green friend.

Trivia: General Grievous is permanently coughing when he talks. The cause is revealed in the last episode of the animated Emmy-winning TV series "Clone Wars" (albeit technically no longer canon). In that episode, Grievous kidnaps Palpatine and before leaving, is attacked by Mace Windu, who destroys part of his chest armour, making him cough for the first time.

More trivia for Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith

Answer: Darth Vader has a special chamber in which parts of the suit can be removed for comfort. When he is not in the chamber he must wear it at all times in order to survive.

Answer: Darth Vader does have his own personal chamber made to assist him with the equipment /suit he wears as well as, I'm sure, for resting/meditation purposes. Also keep in mind that Jedi/Sith, especially those trained to use the force (particularly those having mastered it), don't need the same sleep requirements regular folks need. They can "sleep" sitting straight up, on top of much harder elements and they can even "draw" energy from the force to help them stay awake. The expanded universe, via the books, gives more examples of Jedi/Sith sleeping or measures they take.
