Continuity mistake: While trying to restart the engines after the ship is hit by the nuke's EMP, Chandler is checking the fuses while Chung is going through his checklist. There are only five visible fuses in the six available slots in the panel that Chandler is checking. After he gives the order for Chung to "give it a kick-start," the slot which previously had no fuse now does, only for it to shoot out from the start attempt.
Part-Time Friends / Bio Square - S2-E19
Other mistake: Bio Square: While Phoebe and Stinky are telling the class about their science fair experiment, just as Phoebe shares that it was in honor of her hero, "I.P. Pavlov," watch as Stinky's eyes move off to the side of his head, then return to normal.
Factual error: The home computer tablet controlling the alarm system shows June 11th, 2015 as a Wednesday. 06/11/15 was a Thursday.
Other mistake: After the teens leave the command center, Rita sees this and orders the creation of her Putties. Her henchman slaps down a few things of clay into a mold loosely, that then show the perfect figurines of the putties coming out of them. However with the shape of the mold, there is no way that the clay would come out in shapes like that or with that detail. (00:11:35)
Continuity mistake: After Cissy and Danny leave for the concert, when Sharon follows the twins into the kitchen she's wearing tan pointed toe pumps, but in the next shot Sharon places her purse on the kitchen counter then heads toward the table, and now she's wearing very different shoes (the actress is wearing some type of fringe moccasins). (00:09:15)
Continuity mistake: When we see Two-Face in full for the first time in the previous episode, his left eyebrow is white. In this episode, his left eyebrow is black.
The Arrow That Is Not Aimed - S3-E13
Visible crew/equipment: Fukuda-san is not impressed by Magnum making excuses for Tozan. When Tozan says "There is nothing to say. Fukuda-san is right", set lights are reflected in Tom Selleck's sunglasses. (00:27:00)
Revealing mistake: Right at 40:30, if you look in the top left corner of the LCD screen, you can see a mouse cursor. Six seconds later it starts to move around. It seems like someone noticed and tried to move it out of the scene. (00:40:30)
What We Owe to Each Other - S1-E6
Visible crew/equipment: You can see a crew member hand Janet a stack of papers behind her back.
A Good Clean Bust with Sequel Rights - S5-E6
Visible crew/equipment: While Falcone is with Seales, the reps from the consumer groups confront Falcone about his toys. When Seales says, "Our toys have a psychological counter-violent quality," in the next shot just as Seales starts to walk toward the reps, we can see the head of a crouching crew member moving in front of Falcone. (00:33:55)
Visible crew/equipment: Wesley enters Vladimir's office to talk with him and Vladimir had a large white window behind him. As they talk, the reflection of a green screen of these windows is in Wesley's glasses. (00:06:34)

Food Fight - S3-E2
Continuity mistake: At the start after Teddy steals Oscar's fries, he eats them, leaving his fork empty. The angle changes and suddenly there are plenty of fries on his fork.
Love 'Em and Leave 'Em - S1-E8
Continuity mistake: After Luigi says "Let's play cupid," he peeks around the corner along with Peach and Toad down at Mario going down the aisle with his "bride-to-be." Luigi, as expected, has been wearing green all episode, but when you see them peeking around the corner, Luigi's hat has become red. In the very next shot showing Luigi from behind, his hat has returned to green. (00:14:40)
In Too Deep - S1-E23
Continuity mistake: When Ms. Chatham is at Emma's house, she puts her hand on Cleo's arm. It's not there in the next shot. (00:10:35)
Suggested correction: Ms. Chatham's hand is barely visible in the next shot but it's there.
The fact that it's barely visible (as seen in the screenshot) confirms the mistake. It's on her arm and then it's not on it, she's just barely touching.
Flower Power - S3-E6
Continuity mistake: When the person giving flyers says, "It's a giant outdoor Pokémon entertainment festival!" there is a man in the background with a blue shirt, but in the next shot, he has a yellow one. (00:01:58)
Continuity mistake: Miguel kicks and breaks a staircase railing during the school brawl. For a second it cuts to Robby. When it cuts back to Miguel, the railing is fixed.

Episode #1.2 - S1-E2
Continuity mistake: When coming out of the sea at the start, the guy's hair goes from sleek to messy and back between shots. (00:02:00)
Continuity mistake: When Chris is trying to activate Hummingbird Power, his skin is suddenly lighter than in the previous shot.
Suggested correction: Given that these are literal monsters and a witch living on the moon after being imprisoned for 10,000 years, I don't think we can say for certain what their machinery will do.
LorgSkyegon
This is speculating too much. Practically making the same argument that it's OK because magic. The general physics of what is being displayed on the screen doesn't match up with how the clay fits into the mold even in the slightest.
Quantom X ★
What Quantom is saying is that they are using a press die to create the mold for the putties and no matter how you look at it, the volume of clay going into the mold is not enough to create the detail seen on the putties.
Ssiscool ★
It's not just that, but the shapes don't match up at all. He does the equivalent of putting clay into a round hole and getting a square out of it.
