The Parent Trap ending / spoiler
When Annie arrives in California, she discovers Nick is engaged to Meredith, a beautiful and much younger woman. Realizing Meredith is only after Nick’s money, the twins reveal that they switched places. Elizabeth flies to California with Hallie so the twins can be switched back. Annie and Hallie plot to break up dad’s engagement and get their parents back together. Greedy Meredith is exposed as a gold digger, and Nick and Elizabeth realize they are still in love and remarry.
