TBS ending / spoiler

In the ending it turns out that Johan did kill his sister, grandma, mother and all the girls. He bought earrings for the girls before killing them and afterwards collected the jewelry in a little box. He shows Tessa the jewelry in the box, and she starts to hyperventilate. He then struggles and throws her body in the river. The police are coming and arrest him.
