The Fifth Element (1997) ending / spoiler
Zorg dies, Corben and Leeloo get the stones back to the temple in Egypt and stop Mr. Shadow from destroying the Earth. Leeloo, it turns out, is the Fifth Element (thus the irony in Corben earlier saying he wanted a "perfect" woman).
