Japanese Story ending / spoiler
The relationship between Sandy and Hiromitsu deepens and intensifies until, when chasing Sandy into an outback pool, Hiromitsu misjudges the depth and kills himself jumping in. Sandy must return the body from the isolated outback to civilisation and face Hiromitsu's straight-laced Japanese wife, who discovers their affair.
