Monsters, Inc. (2001) ending / spoiler
Mike and Sully are banished to the Himalayas, but return, Watrenoose is evil, Roz is the head of the CDA, they have to shred Boo's door after they put her back, Mike puts the door back together for Sully, and Sully opens the door to a happy little giggle. They find out that laughs are ten times more powerful than screams, they start the company again, but this time they make the kids laugh and Mike is the best of the bunch at getting them to laugh.
