The Long Legs of the Law - S2-E1
Revealing mistake: At the very beginning of the episode, Leonard Pearce is waiting for the cue for his character to start looking for his teeth. He's standing in the living room, between his room and Del and Rodney's room. (00:00:25)
Revealing mistake: At the point where someone gets a small bruise on the upper arm, the crew are all in a pile and thrashing about on the floor. There are 5 pairs of legs instead of 4. Arthur is in his pajamas, Zaphod is in orange trousers, Trillion is lying on top of Ford and Ford is too far away for them to be his legs. [The fifth pair of legs belong to the person playing zaphod's third arm - doesn't mean it's not a mistake, but that's where they come from.]
Factual error: The Essenes climb Masada bearing the scrolls. Just as Joseph Wiseman is framed solo, a black SUV drives from left-to-right below him on the road.
Plot hole: Why would Danger Mouse go on the roller coaster at the end without seeing Greenback go on it first? Greenback went first in the ghost train. It also doesn't make sense that Danger Mouse would go on it when Penfold pretty much tells him flat out that it IS a trap.
The Greatest American Hero (2) - S1-E2
Continuity mistake: When Ralph escapes from the hospital and jumps into Pam's car, we see the entire front windshield without any sun visors or rearview mirror, but two sun visors and a rearview mirror suddenly appear in the closeup, which then disappear only to reappear and disappear again. (00:07:30)
Continuity mistake: When the intruder sneaks into Jody's apartment, he is wearing black leather jeans. When he and Jody are fighting, he is suddenly wearing black denim jeans. After beating Jody and tying her up, he is back in his leather jeans again and keeps them on for the rest of the episode.
Visible crew/equipment: When Miss Hawk is speaking to Edward by the well, the boom mic can be seen in the top right of the screen.
Continuity mistake: Myron enters his own office after bailing the Simons out, and tells them to get out. Rick, sitting on his chair, lowers the hand with a cigar, but in the reverse shot Gerald McRaney is still smoking it, it's right in his mouth. (00:19:00)
